What is your shipping policy?

Orders ship via USPS.

Please allow extra time for USPS to deliver items due to delays from the COVID-19 pandemic.

I am not responsible for any missing packages marked as "delivered." It is important to double-check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses. If your address is not correct, please contact me immediately so that the order can be canceled and re-ordered under the correct address. Please consider upgrading your shipping service to include insurance. Only insured packages that are either lost in the mail or arrives damaged can be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please reach out within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged and provide photos. Thank you!

DOMESTIC

In-stock domestic orders ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow extra time for USPS to deliver orders due to delays from the COVID-19 pandemic.

INTERNATIONAL

In-stock international orders ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow extra time for international delivery due to delays from COVID. Delivery can take several weeks.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAX

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delivery delays due to customs. The buyer is responsible for contacting their local customs office to locate any held packages.

UK Buyers

Due to a change in VAT collection and remittance laws, as of January 1st, 2021, I am no longer taking orders from UK buyers on this website. UK buyers can still place orders on my Etsy page! You can find all “The Crowned Rabbit” products available for purchase on my Etsy site Here

EU Buyers

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! I do custom pet portraits and ornaments. Find the listings under the “Art” tab. Custom orders have a minimum wait time of 4 weeks. Please reach out prior to ordering if you have a specific need-by date.

How do I order wholesale?

I take wholesale orders either directly or through Faire Marketplace. See more Here
